Your product is first securely wrapped in bubble wrap for protection, then placed inside a plain, solid box without any Eros Wellness or store branding. The box is then placed inside a plain, dark-coloured shipping flyer for discreet delivery.

For privacy, the invoice attached to the parcel shows only the customer's name, contact number, and delivery address provided at checkout. The product name is not mentioned on the invoice; an internal product code is used instead. No other product related details are displayed on the outside of the parcel.

The courier rider is also instructed to contact the customer before delivery using the provided contact number.
